About Our Service

Box & Chain is a men's jewelry subscription service. For $29/mo. you'll receive one premier piece of jewelry every month that has been hand-selected for you based on your style survey. Each piece you receive is yours to keep. If you don't like a piece of jewelry you receive, you may conduct one exchange per month. Our service automatically renews every month on the same day you become a member.

Updating your style profile is quick and easy. All you have to do is retake the Style Survey using the same name and email that is associated with your subscription. After you resubmit the style survey using the same name and email associated with your subscription, your style profile will be automatically updated in our system with your new sizes and preferences. You may update your style profile as many times as you would like.

Please note that after resubmission of the style survey you will be automatically redirected to the add to cart/checkout page. This is nothing to worry about and is just the natural flow of our website. There is no need to checkout again in order to update your style profile.

*If you resubmit the style survey using a different name or email than the ones associated with your subscription, your new sizes and preferences WILL NOT be updated in our system.*

For members with two or more active subscriptions under the same name and email - all subscriptions will use the same style profile linked to the name and email associated with the subscriptions. If you would like to use different style profiles for different subscriptions, please use different names and emails for each individual subscription and style survey.

If you don't know your ring sizes, that is no problem! Simply leave the ring size section of your style survey blank and select YES where the style survey asks if you would like to receive a free ring sizer in your first box.

After you receive the free ring sizer and use it to size your fingers, simply update your style profile with your new ring sizes.

*Please note that you must have your wrist size and ring sizes selected in your style profile in order to receive bracelets and rings in your monthly box.*

Each box contains one piece of jewelry.

Subscribers have the ability to receive more than one piece of jewelry per box during special promotions and giveaways.

Product Questions

All of our jewelry is either 18k gold plated, titanium black plated, solid stainless steel, or leather. The base metal for the plated jewelry is stainless steel. The plating technique used is PVD coating which provides an extremely durable and high-quality finish on each piece of jewelry. We are perfectionists when selecting which pieces we include in our collections and deliver to our subscribers. Every piece of jewelry must pass a multi-stage inspection both at the manufacturer and in our Box & Chain facility before being packaged and sent out.

Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a Box & Chain jewelry pouch and placed inside a Box & Chain custom designed box. The Box & Chain box is then placed inside a protective shipping container. Colors and sizes of packaging may vary.

While we inspect each piece before it leaves us, we can't always ensure that travel will treat your box kindly. If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry, contact us immediately through our Customer Service Form.

We will replace any item if it becomes damaged or broken due to a defect in the jewelry. However, we will not replace lost or stolen jewelry, or jewelry damaged or broken from normal wear and tear. If you believe your jewelry has been damaged or broken due to a product defect, please contact us immediately through our Customer Service Form where one of our representatives will assist you.

Account Questions

Updating your style profile is quick and easy. All you have to do is retake the Style Survey using the same name and email that is associated with your subscription. Your account will automatically be created during checkout. After you have successfully subscribed, you will be able to manage your account information and subscriptions from your account dashboard. To access your account dashboard, navigate to My Account and login using the email and password associated with your account.

You may cancel or put your Box & Chain subscription on hold at anytime. Both of these actions may be completed through your Account dashboard.

Cancellations and holds will go into effect the next billing period if you have already been billed for the month.

Please note that by canceling your subscription, you are waiving your current membership status and current rate of your monthly subscription fee. If you activate a subsequent Box & Chain subscription at a later date, your monthly subscription fee may not be the same.

You may place your subscription on hold at anytime. By doing so, you will retain all of your membership perks and account information. While on hold, you will not be billed and you will not receive your monthly box. You may also take your subscription off of hold at anytime. This can be done through your Account Dashboard.

Please note, subscriptions that have been on hold for a period of 6 months or longer are eligible to be permanently canceled by Box & Chain. More information on this can be found in our Terms of Service.

Your subscription renewal date (the day you are billed each month) will be the same day every month as the first day we bill you. For Example, if you subscribe and we first bill you on the 12th of January, your renewal date is 12th of each following month.

Shipping Questions

Once your box has been curated after your order has been placed (usually 24-48 hours), it will be headed your way. You will receive a shipment notification email with the shipment tracking number included. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping.

You can expect to receive your box around the same day every month due to consistent membership renewal dates and approximately the same shipping time frame.

*COVID Shipping Update*

Shipping times may exceed normal due to USPS COVID delays. We are not responsible for any delay within the USPS shipping system.

Yes, we do ship outside of the US. There is an additional shipping cost for all orders outside of the US.

We currently do not accept returns for our subscription service, however, you may exchange your monthly box one time each month by requesting an exchange through our Customer Service Form. Once approved for an exchange, we will provide you with a simple step-by-step process on how to exchange your box.

We offer free shipping on all orders in the US!

Shipping costs will vary depending on location outside of the US.
